Why don't you use glass packaging?
While we love how eco-friendly glass packaging is, we had to put some deep thought into if to use glass or not. We carried out a lot of testing, which allowed us to discover that glass poses significant breakage during showering/bathing and shipping. Our customers safety comes first. Therefore, we had decided to move to plastic packaging. Our plastic packaging are made with very thick walls, making them shatter-free and durable. To prevent plastic waste, we provide recyclable refill bags, so you can indulge in self-care with ease. During testing, we found that our glass packaging was too heavy to ship, causing customers paying a lot extra for their purchases. This can significantly increase the carbon footprint of every delivery. By using our plastic packaging, we reduce transport emissions, while ensuring our products stay safe in your shower/bath.
Are your products vegan?
We only ever use vegan ingredients that are cruelty-free.
do you offer refills?
We offer refills for the majority of our products. These refill bags are recycable.
what should i do if my product melts in transit?
On the rare occasion, if your product, such as body butter/balm, melts during transit, place the product in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before use. We take extra steps to ensure your product arrives to you in perfect condition, such as placing the products in a cold, well-ventilated area or fridge and then popped into insulation bags, to avoid the product melting upon arrival.
what is your return policy if i don't like a scent?
We have a no returns policy. This is primarily for hygiene purposes. We do have a detailed scent list including all the notes that are found in our products. We also have scent sample cards available for 30p each, so you can smell a scent before purchasing the full product.
